GUG is one of the most requested band I get from people, just one of those few bands that had a short life and an even shorter discography but made a household name for themselves with no only the old scene dudes but the new crop of kids that are coming out. These guys are exactly what everyone loves about 2000’s deathcore. Heavy and raw. Everything about this EP screams 2000’s deathcore with the raw production, dual vocalists, breakdowns, samples and the like!
This release is a repress that I first pressed 5 YEAR AGO! Insane how long it’s been already. This was BTST’s 8th release, it’s super OG so it’s awesome we’re getting a second chance with it. When the band reached out to me to do a second press I was ecstatic because of the amount of demand for it. This repress has a few different things added to it to make it a different enough version then the OG copy. First and most exciting is we have a bonus track! It’s for their intro “Calling All Gangstas”, which usually people hear the instrumental intro to the song, but what a lot of people don’t know is there’s a version out there that has a sample from the movie Annabelle with the sound of a creepy music box playing a song, then the intro starts. It’s nothing CRAZY but it’s still cool to have both versions on one CD. Also the CAT# hand tattoo on the green guy is changed, the side spine band logo is bigger, and then the 2 page insert which has a huge GUG logo.
We also brought back the BREE BREE shirt! These are printed on Gildan Heavy Cotton with front and back print on neon green ink.
The CD’s are limited to 120 hand numbered copies with a 2 page insert.
