Maharahj was a metalcore band that started in 1997 and ended in 2001. This is a pre MySpace band but they’re so good they need the attention and love they deserve. They put out 2 full lengths and an EP then died in typical fashion for bands like such.
Their blend of metalcore was fast, groovy, unrelenting chaos and very little down time to catch your breath. Everything you guys love about 2000’s metalcore, this band has it. Garren and gang have it down to a science when they play, and if you’ve ever seen them live, then you know the full body flailing only added to the hectic environment they set.
