okay this one was hard to keep under wraps as they were a huge part of my 2000’s. Let’s welcome the death grind band SHOTGUN FACELIFT!
These guys were pretty well known back then as they got traction on MySpace for their vicious brand of grind & deathcore. Not to mention porn star Andy San Dimas wore their shirt in public and that got some heads to turn haha
Their brand of death grind is just a muddy chaotic smash to the head. Garbage can sounding drums, frantic guitars, chunky bass that never stops, and the vocals that leave Tommy’s mouth are insane! Very spastic, unrelenting screams you’d think he never takes a breath. They’re usually guttural as well as bree’s & the occasional high and to top it off the breakdowns that are sure way to get the heart rate up.
