This one is a VERY DEEP cut.
The band is The Au Pair. A Massachusetts grind band that lasted 6 months. They wrote 3 rippers then died. The band has a lore to them and they kept it that way with their self written bio:
“The Au Pair was a thing we did in 2005. There was five of us, we lived in Boston, we played shows and then we didn’t. Members of Shallows and Flats, Envelope, Heuristic, and Backstabbers INC made up a The Au Pair”
Now, the CD is very much DIY in the vein of BITGOTA of you remember that? We have your standard jewel case with only tray art done my Markus Blanchard who was in the band. Incredible artwork as you can see! Matte black 3“ CD’s to top it off. Very minimal yet mysteriously cool like the band. These are limited to 30 hand numbered copies and that’s it! Bands so small I figured this was more thank enough!
