No need for an introduction on these guys! This is top tier Deathcore. If you don’t know, you never were!
Did I ever think I’d get a band of this calibre when I started BTST? Nope. My aim was to give the underdogs the love that they deserve. But here we are with probably the biggest band I’ve ever released besides Underneath The Gun & I Declare War. I get shocked more and more as I scoop bigger bands like this & they’re down to work with the label. It’s such an honour to be able to release something that was the beginning of a huge career for this band, I don’t think I’ll ever fully grasp it. I still remember going over to Michigan with family, I hit the closest mall for a Hot Topic and snagged Decimate The Weak only going off of one song(One Body Too Many, enough said)I fully recall standing in front of a JC Penny while opening this up and reading the lyrics and taking in all the artwork. Fast forward 15 years later, I emailed the band, thinking “this won’t happen, but worst thing they say is no, right?”..and boom, all of a sudden I’m getting a call from the bands manager and they’re pumped to work with me!
It’s been a true gem of a time working with the band & their team. This release was 100% the bands image/ideas with the help from artist Jim Hughes of Northary to make it come to life. I let them take full control of the art direction & did they ever nail it! A true nod to the OG artwork with one hell of a facelift! Completely in love with this artwork. The shirt design is killer as well, definitely a cool throwback to the ACDIH era of the band! It’s been awhile since we’ve seen some WOP merch.
The CD’s are limited to 250 hand numbered copies worldwide, 2 page booklet with lyrics and all new artwork.
